In 2024, our company supplied a PE Pulverizer System to a recycling and compounding company in Malaysia, EcoBlend Materials Sdn. Bhd., which focuses on producing PE and PP recycled granules for local manufacturers.
The customer required a milling solution capable of producing fine and uniform powder for use in rotational molding and compounding. After reviewing their existing production data and on-site layout, we recommended our MF-500 Pulverizer, equipped with:

During the test run in our factory, the machine achieved stable output with consistent powder fineness at 15–30 mesh, meeting the customer’s requirements. After delivery, our technical team supported remote guidance for installation and commissioning. The system reached normal operation within two days.
According to the customer’s feedback, the new pulverizer improved powder uniformity and reduced material temperature during milling, helping them maintain better quality control in their downstream processes.
